How do I know my ring size? Can I size my ring after it has been made?
The best way to know your ring size is to get professionally sized in a store. If you're in Los Angeles, we'd love to meet up and take your measurements. If you are out of state and prefer not to go to a store, we would be delighted to mail you a complimentary ring sizer as well. If you are purchasing the ring for someone else, we recommend chatting with trusted friends, family, or stealthily measuring a ring that they currently wear.
Each engagement ring is made to your specific size and preferences, and comes with a complimentary re-sizing if needed. Additional sizings can be made at any time for $75 as needed.
What if I’m not in LA?
We love working with clients around the world - nothing makes us happier than having our darlings living a great adventure.
If you are outside of Los Angeles, we will have our first phone consultation (via Whatsapp or Facetime if you're out of the US) to see if we're a good fit and get a basic understanding of what you'd like to create.
We will then finish the remainder of our design sessions via Zoom, FaceTime, or over the phone if preferred. Our goal is to eliminate all surprises and for your ring to look better than you imagined. We will email all renderings for your final approval with unlimited edits as needed. We will also email high-resolution pictures and videos of your stone selections in different lighting and on our fingers to give you the best idea of sizing and scale. We've designed rings for clients all over the world, and are always available to answer any questions at any time during the process so you feel the most comfortable with your purchase.
We offer fully insured shipping via Fed Ex to nearly every country in the world and can help navigate customs. If you are concerned about the safety of shipping to your country, please inquire for more info.
What is your return policy?
Since each piece is made custom to your personal preferences, all bespoke pieces are final sale and we do not offer refunds at any time. We want you to be happy and LOVE the piece forever and we will do everything we can to make sure that happens.
Can I try on your rings in person?
Each ring is made bespoke just for you, so we do not have multiples or ‘stock’ inventory. For this reason we are not able to show you rings in person, but we are happy to share pics/ video of past pieces we’ve made.
Can I provide my own stones?
Yes! We adore working with family heirlooms and incorporating elements of sentimental pieces into our new designs. Some of our favorite designs have been created from heirloom jewelry that needed a fresh look.
If you are outside of LA, we will send you a fully insured shipping label with packaging instructions. Please inquire if you have more questions about this process.
Are your rings conflict-free and sustainable?
Vérité means truth in French. Truth goes into everything we do. This means that all of our materials are conflict-free and all of our gold is recycled. Each ring is crafted with love in Los Angeles, CA. We do not mass-produce or hold inventory to limit our waste. To ensure our stones are ethical, we use created-diamonds made from green house gases. They are typically F+ and VS+ in grade, but we can select any type of stone that fits your budget preferences.
If you would prefer a natural diamond, we source recycled and Canadian-mined diamonds as well.

What does it cost to ship?
We ship fully insured via UPS in the United States and Fed Ex for International clients. Shipping is typically $75 - $150 for most engagement ring orders depending on the final cost of your ring to be insured, and your distance from Los Angeles.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We’ve sent rings from Spain to Singapore and love the thought of our darlings living their best lives in different countries.
International shipping is typically $150 for engagement rings and sent fully insured by Fed Ex. Please inquire for more details if you are overseas.

Should I insure my ring?
We highly recommend insuring your ring. One company we love and trust is Jeweler's Mutual - an insurance company that specializes solely in jewelry and works with us directly if (heaven-forbid) something happened to your special piece.
Does my purchase come with an appraisal?
We do not offer appraisals in house, but we can provide a Bill of Sale that most insurance companies accept to insure. Pro tip, if you’re looking for a good appraiser in your area, contact your local bank and see who they work with.
How do I care for my ring?
We hope you love your ring so much you never want take it off but you definitely should. To preserve the longevity of your ring (and all jewelry) you should not sleep, shower, workout, or lift heavy items in it. Most of our designs are quite delicate and include micro-pave settings which can be easily and accidentally moved out of place with normal wear due to their delicate size. We recommend tightening the settings of your ring and doing a deep cleaning once a year to protect the longevity of the piece.
Do you do repairs?
All rings come with complimentary cleaning, prong tightening and small stone resetting at one year. If you have a more detailed repair, please inquire for a tailored quote.
